Guest: Tabitha Robinson
Bio: Tabitha Robinson, founder of Purposeful Tutoring & Mentoring Services, Inc. where she provides academic and emotional support to low-income children in her community. In addition to launching her non-profit in 2018. Her long-time interest in mental health led her to pursue an education in the field of psychology. She now holds a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Art in Psychology. She is a doctoral student majoring in psychology with a specialization in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. While pursuing her degrees and serving as an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) teacher, Tabitha realized that, although serious, mental health is often overlooked and misunderstood by children and adults alike. Compelled to expand her efforts to educate families, Tabitha wrote this informative and easy-to-understand handbook. She is also the proud mother of two beautiful girls and lives in Fort Pierce, Florida. When she’s not saving the world, she enjoys spending time with her family.
