I am a pastor’s wife, mother, Nana, professor, and author, but the role I cherish the most is being a daughter of the most high King! My life verse is Jeremiah 29:11. I earned my Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Leadership in Higher Education from Capella University. I am a certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coach and a certified John Maxwell Coach and Speaker.

SMG Christian Bookstore is the parent company hosting “Books and Blogs”. My blog, “Teachable Truths by Dr. Lisa Stewart”, will provide teaching and coaching messages of biblical truths that parents and grandparents can teach their children and grandchildren. The bookstore will provide future publications of books for parents, grandparents, and children.

Our vision is to reach parents, grandparents, and young boys and girls within our community and share the biblical truths in such a way that it would penetrate their hearts and minds, show the relevance of God’s Word in this day and time and draw them to faith in Jesus Christ.

Our mission is to honor the Lord Jesus Christ by living out the great commission to go and make disciples. (Matthew 28:19-20)

How do you overcome challenges in business?
I overcome any challenge I face by learning from my failures and seeking wisdom and guidance from others who have achieved the goals I am pursuing.
