Intro….

I am an up-and-coming artist from Fort Worth, Tx. My top five musical inspirations are Michael Jackson, Prince, Usher, Chris Brown, and Beyoncé. I write, produce, and engineer all of my music.

When did you realize you had a passion for music?

I’ve had a passion for music since I was 3. I started as a performing artist performing in school and local talent shows. I took it seriously when I was about 18 or 19. It was a hard transition from being a performing artist to a recording artist. It disciplined me to take my time.

Who motivated you to get started?

My motivation comes from living. Sometimes I can be sitting and relaxing and instantly my mind goes, “Get up it’s not over yet. No time for relaxation.” I have this instant drive to just keep going.

Tell us about your music?

I tell stories in my music. Some of them are stories about me or someone else. It’s love, heartbreak, or what someone else may be going through. I also talk about things that people refuse to bring to light.

What message does your work express?

It’s okay for men to express their emotions. It’s for them to express how they feel about love, the hurt they may feel after a break-up, or to get people to see things from another perspective.

What is the best part about your creative process?

Writing it out and talking about it. When you’re doing it and seeing it come to life, it is worth it.

What makes your sound stand out?

My sound is both a breath of fresh air and something you haven’t heard in a while.

How do you set new standards for your industry?

Three Ways….

  1. Study the greats before you. Not only just the art that they put out but the trials they went through in the industry. This way, you’ll be able to see it coming for yourself.
  2. Break down barriers that no one has done yet. There are still some that haven’t been broken.
  3. Take risks. Don’t be afraid to ascend to the next level.

What advice would you give to your future self?

Go as high as you can. You might lose some people along the way, but it could be the ones who are holding you back. No matter what, do not stop creating.

List your most popular songs. (Top 3)

  1. Come Ova
  2. Go Off

Meet Tonni Love

Meet Tonni Love

By: Mixed Talk Media | March 24, 2022

Genre of Music

My favorite genres of music for my overall vibe would have to be R&B and Gospel. I love them both. I grew up listening to old school gospel and R&B. That is what made me fall easily in love with music.

Intro….

My name is Tonniece, but I go by the name Tonni Love. I was born and raised in Joliet, IL. Music has always been my first love since I was five years old. My sisters and I used to perform in front of our family. At the time, we were just kids having fun. I was the only one who got serious about singing. I love being around positive energy and people that motivate me to be the best version of myself. I want people to know that I am just like them. I want to help people feel good about themselves and encourage them to go further in life.

What sparked your passion for music?

I realized I had a passion for music when I sang Luther Vandross’s “Take You Out”. I was sitting outside on the porch with my mom, and I started singing the song. My mom was shocked to hear me sing like that; she was not the only one feeling that way. After that moment, I knew it had something special.

Who motivated you to start your music career?

My close friends and family were the motivation behind starting this journey. I had to get over my fears right in front of them. They made me very strong-minded about how I should always stand out.

How would you describe your music?

My music is very inspirational. I tell stories in my music that many people can relate to it. People don’t understand that everybody goes through something similar in their lives; that is okay. Overcoming each situation is what matters.

How does your sound stand out?

It’s all about my personality. I stand up for what I believe. I also stand true to myself, especially when it comes to music. I have to connect with music, so each sound you hear from me is going to be different. You’ll never hear the same sound from me.

How do you set new standards for yourself?

  • Surrounding myself with good genuine people.
  • Learning how to say No to things that don’t elevate me or the people around me.

What advice would you give to your future self?

Hang in there because you’re almost at the finish line. Don’t worry too much. God got you.

R&B
Pop
Soul
Blues

Tell us about you.

I am an entertainer, music artist, and actor who specializes in creating moments for life. I like to have something for every occasion.

When did you realize you had a passion for music?

Definitely during childhood. As an only child, music was what kept me company when I would leave my cousins’ houses. It was always something that kept me happy and I never felt alone.

Who/What was the motivation behind starting your music journey?

My music is a reflection of life. Pure passion, pain, and pleasure. I write based on what I’m feeling, have felt, or someone else is feeling. I love to speak on what my reality is because I want to be as relatable as possible.

What is the best part about the creative process?

The best part about the process is seeing things that you have imagined come to fruition. Taking an idea out of your head and seeing it come to life is so fulfilling!

What message does your work express?

I sincerely hope it presents authenticity. I like for people that I have met to listen to my music and realize that there was no change in personality. It’ll never be a case of, you met a perfect gentleman and then you turn on my music and I’m bashing women, etc. I’m the same on and off the record.

What makes your sound stand out?

The fact that you feel that I’m talking directly to you in my music. I want you to feel that you know me better after you listen to me.

How do you set new standards for your industry?

Authenticity! I don’t want to create an image that I have to take off. I want to be me at all times. I could have just performed after winning a Grammy for best new artist and then you catch me at Walmart. I’m the same person.

Genre of Music

R&B

Intro….

I am D. Savannah. The D is short for Daria, which is most mispronounced. I enjoy life, art, and people, especially black people. I think we are the most beautiful people on earth.

Thinking back, when did you realize you had a passion for music?

I realized I had a passion for music when I sang at churches at six years old with my mother. I used to cry ridiculously, like an ugly cry. However, I noticed that people loved my singing. It moved them. I decided then that I wanted to sing and do more music.

Who motivated you to start your music career?

My mother was my initial motivation. After her, it was Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, and Whitney Houston. I grew up practicing their styles to perfect my own.

What’s your recipe for creating music?

My music is healing, refreshing, fun, southern, and just good. I am a storyteller. I gather my stories or inspiration from others’ stories and create that way. Raw human experiences coupled with beautiful and dope music is my recipe.

What does your music express?

Raw human experiences and emotions. I am not in the business of hardening my heart. If I cannot express authenticity verbally, then I’ll do so lyrically and musically.

What is the best part about the creative process?

I cannot create in chaos. The best part about my process is the peace in my environment.

What makes your sound stand out?

The soul, the rawness, and the spirit of who I am are unique compared to what’s out currently.

Genre of Music

Hip Hop
R&B Reggae
Dancehall

Intro….

Originally from the Caribbean, the island of Dominica, Del Muzik has a plethora of sounds and different genres. He began studying and honing his craft of storytelling through music and lyrical expressions to give the best representation of the kind of music he produces. His main goal is to have the audience hooked, able to relate to the music through stories and experience the music for maximum impact.

His performances are always explosive and recognized. Due to his music and sound being so diverse, he released two singles independent of each other. He tackles hip hop in his single Alter Ego and R&B in his single 345. Both debuts have received so much craze and respect.

Be sure to hear of Del Muzik near you as he plans to take over the R&B world with his style, charisma, class, and great music. Keep your ears and eyes open for Del Muzik coming to a playlist near you.

Thinking back, when did you realize you had a passion for music?

I realized I had a passion for music every time I heard music. It would send me somewhere expressive. The beat would cultivate me and have me moving. Ideas would spin, formulating into words and stories, to whatever beat I would vibe to.

What keeps you motivated?

I want to say listening to old school music. Also how the music made sense to a state where I could understand and visualize the stories being told. I could either put myself in that context or just relate some way or another.

How would describe your music?

The music I make is more in the nostalgia direction. I bring my fans and others to a time when music meant more. I tell stories and situations that bring emotions to music so people can relate and understand. I tried to bring back a raw essence to music; whether it is my hip hop or my R&B. I put my heart and soul into the music I produce to deliver the best quality product a sound can have. I am from the Caribbean, so I bring a twist and unique tone to my music that makes me different.

What message does your music express?

My music expresses what human emotions can do when placed into a song.

What is the best part about the creative process?

The best part is hearing a beat or instrumental for the first few times and coming up with content within 10-20 minutes. If I cannot come up with anything, I know that the project is not for me.

How do you set new standards for your industry?

I want to say I refurbished or fine-tuned the music with my creativity and put a new spin on things in the music industry we know of today.

A Little Introduction.

I’m Supa Xtra, an artist from Houston, Texas. I recently released my first EP, “Call It Love”, on September 14, 2021. I believe art should inspire us to dream. Although I’m mainly focused on music, I’m an all-around entertainer.

When did you realize you had a passion for music?

I’ve been playing drums and performing since I was nine years old.

Who was the motivation behind starting this journey?

In different chapters of my life, I have different people who inspire me. My dad, for one, and then my producer Chem. My dad always pushed me to go crazy performing. In this chapter of life, Chemdawg pushed me to find a sound that was, one hundred percent, mine.

How would you describe your music?

My music is a mix between hip hop, pop, and R&B. It’s a vibe of new music for a new wave of generations. I believe that people older than me appreciate my sound as well.

What message does your work express?

My latest project, “Call It Love”, is a six-song story of a journey. My music is a vibe created from my emotions. Sometimes I’m happy, sometimes I wanna chill, and some days I might just want to dance all day. I take my energy and emotion and put them into my music. So my music, in other words, expresses me.

What makes your sound stand out?

One, I’m myself.

No one can make me change or manipulate that. Two, I’m an artist in the Lgbtq+ breaking my way into mainstream music. I have so many dope people from all walks of life supporting me.

Genre

RnB
Bedroom Pop

A Little Introduction.

I am a singer-songwriter, best-selling author, actress, and all-around entertainer. I have been performing ever since I can remember. At a young age, I was involved in dancing groups, talent shows, TV Shows, commercials, and youth organizations such as NYA and HYPE. While with NYA (Network for Young Artists), I gained experience throughout San Antonio, Texas performing at local rodeos and festivals.

I moved to California for two years after High School and rubbed elbows in the studio with the likes of Smitty Soul (Credits: Chris Brown, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, etc.), Ron Aniello (Credits: EMPIRE, Bruce Springsteen, Shania Twain.), Pusha Rod (Credits: YG, Dreezy.), Rita Wilson. I gained even more experience in songwriting in sessions for artists like Disney Star CoCo Jones.

I became homeless for eleven months while living in California, but that didn’t stop me from working, becoming an extra for more money, and pursuing my dreams. During this same time, I auditioned for Nick Cannon’s #SignMeToNCredible Challenge via Instagram and I WON! Natalie has been a part of Nick Cannon’s Projects “Calling All Models” (The Prequel), “F*** Him” Trilogy, released in early 2018, and a single titled “Simple” with NCredible Ent in 2019.

I have created an Independent label, “Indience Music Group” by the way of United Masters, shortly after working with Nick Cannon. I realized I could cause my buzz, revenue, and own myself 100%.

Through my label, I’ve released iTunes chart-topping singles like “Slide” & “Go Off” along with so many other high streaming records. My discography keeps flourishing. I would like my legacy to be for my storytelling and testimony because I pull from my own life experiences to create and help others in all things I do.

Tell us about your music.

I tell true stories in my music. It’s raw and doesn’t beat around the bush. What you hear is me and my interpretation of my experiences on love, life, heartbreaks, etc.

What message does your work express?

My work expresses authentic/raw experiences in love, make-ups, breakups, and otherwise.

What is the best part about your creative process?

The best part of my creative process is just that I can be fully creative. I step into a zone where there are no limits. I’m completely honest in every song I write and my audience gets to witness that with every finished product

How do you set new standards for your industry?

Stay outside of the box. I don’t shut down my ideas based on “Industry Standards”. I just create and the people that are supposed to listen fly with me.
